EDIT: should probably add some context - OER comes bundled with many pirated installations of the game, and considering OER is superseded by modern server replacements (as there isn't much reason to go offline anymore), I don't see the point in updating.
For anyone looking for an UNLOCKER of all items, suits, weapons, etc (as I was, desperatly), it's very easy thanks to a bunch of extremely dedicated people: The Peacock Project... Head over to this website:
It's basically a private server where everything is unlocked. Very easy to set up, you join their Discord, accept their rules, download a zip file, unzip it wherever you want, launch a couple of .exe and start your Hitman game normally. That's it. Fully compatible with all mods here on the Nexus. There are video tutorials on YouTube, but everything there is explained perfectly and in 15 min or less you can have it up and running. The only requisite is owning a legit copy of the game.
Stop wasting your time looking for mods that unlock everything. There are none.
PLUS!! These guys have made playable every single Elusive Target that was ever released since Hitman 1! You can play them like any other mission.
Thanks for this mod! I've used it for a while now, but I do see that IOI has updated the game since your last update. Your mod allows the user of these games to play OFFLINE without much sacrifice (like we should be able to do since we bought the game). Unfortunately none of us know if they will ever give us a DRM-free version of the game that will work without needing their servers anymore. Specifically how can we play these games when they decide to shut down their servers? I don't know if we can trust them to do right by their customers when so many companies these days do not care about the people that paid for their games, after shutting their servers off and killing the ability to play the full game.
Please consider (when you feel you can) updating the mod, we love you for doing it and it makes more of an impact than you know.
I might just be overthinking a simple process, but since this mod's suggested installer has been swapped out for Simple Mod Framework, is the install process the same for that? Just importing as a Framework Zip, or should I be doing this manually now that SMF is the new go-to?
