F2 to enable, and numpad +/- to adjust FOV further.
Also affects sniper & aim zoom.
This can be converted to a standalone EXE using cheat engine but this cannot be hosted on Nexus Mods due to the virus scanner detecting this as a hack tool.
If attempting to create/modify your own version, the memory value to look for is a float of value 40 in normal view, which changes to 25 when aiming the pistol. There are ~8 values, but only one (usually second in the list) needs to be modified via injection; the specific byte array to look for is referenced in the cheat engine script.
