If you want to make a custom playable asset pack, look at the "playables" folder. I've included the "Here Comes Hueh" as an example, you can just copy it and make your own (just don't forget to edit the "info.ini" file!). You can also switch between playable characters by using the mod settings menu in the mod manager (press CTRL+F10 while you're in the game to open it!).
UPDATE: 2024-04-03: There was an update to the game logic that handles player textures. I had to rewrite this part from scratch + because of this, there is a new file structure. Playable Loader will automatically convert the old resource packs to the new file structure, but if you want to create a new mod, please refer again to "Here Comes Hueh" as an example.
In addition, the mod will now rip the original textures to the originalFiles/assets folder, so you can use these files as Niko's character template
Known issues:
Currently, it doesn't work with the train cutscenes Niko model (but that may change in the future).
