Replaces the firing sounds of Anti-Material Rifle and Railgun with Golden Gun and Sleeper Simulant respectively

Updated sleeper simulant file, now has an in-built max charge indicator. 25 frames after the 4th beep railgun explodes. It may still break other railgun sound mods.
A quick and dirty audio replacement mod, made in ~2.5 hours as opposed to my previous mods in which I put much more effort into making the sounds JUST right.
Wanted to scratch the itch of putting Destiny 2 sounds in this game and recently started using railgun and AMR because laser cannon felt slow against larger bots and thus these mods happened.
AMR sounds slightly weaker than vanilla, but I made it good enough™ by cranking up the amplification in audacity.
I couldn't do the same for railgun because sleeper simply lacks that meatiness (due to it firing a laser-thing than a projectile) but I made it good enough™ by leaving some vanilla sounds unchanged that give the railgun its juice.
Now some answers for people who play destiny 2 and might have these questions:
1. Why not Still Hunt's golden gun?
Ans: It has a weird three-part echo after the gunshot that made it unfit for AMR. At first I thought it could replace the sound of the bolt rechambering but the timings were way off, especially due to AMR not having a fixed firerate, hence I settled for the actual golden gun.
1.5 So why not any other sniper rifle?
Ans: I really wanted it to be golden gun and I barely use snipers in D2 in the first place. Whisper of the Worm was an idea but after hearing the sound more closely it wouldn't fit the AMR.
2. Why not any other Linear Fusion Rifle?
Ans: Everything else (that I know of) sounds too similar to vanilla Railgun. My original plan was to use Queenbreaker's sound because I completely forgot Sleeper existed before I saw it in the collections lmao.
