Changes all the support backpacks and their associated weapons to black and chrome.

This collection modifies all the in-game support backpack stratagems and their weapons to match the black and chrome theme of my armor mods.
This collection includes edits to:
AC-8 Autocannon
GR-8 Recoilless Rifle
FAF-14 Spear
stA-X3 WASP
LIFT-182 Warp Pack
LIFT-850 Jump Pack
LIFT-860 Hover Pack
SH-20 Ballistic Shield
SH-32 Shield Generator
SH-51 Directional Shield
B-100 Portable Hellbomb
B-1 Supply Pack
AR-23 Guard Dog
LAS-5 Guard Dog
ARC-3 Guard Dog
TX-13 Guard Dog
This collection does not include the Airburst rifle at this time due to technical difficulties regarding the editing process for that stratagem. It will eventually be included once I figure out how to resolve the issue.
This collection only includes the backpacks and their associated weapons and no other support weapons that do not have an accompanying backpack. Those will be edited and released at a later date in a separate collection of mods.
