Changes the firing sound of the rocket launchers to the TF2 rocket launchers

Changes various rocket launchers firing sounds from HD2 to TF2 rocket launchers
Another mod I made for fun, so it may be not perfect
Rocket launchers changed:
Recoilless Rifle: Direct hit
Quasar cannon: Cow mangler 5000 (had to stretch out the charging sound)
EAT-17: Stock Rocket launcher
Commando: Black Box
Airburst Rocket laucher: Air strike
Just select the file you want to change and drop it into your data folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\data
note: keep in mind the laser cannon and the quasar cannon share files, so if you have another mod it may cause conflicts
