This mod replaces the music that plays while raising a flag with the Super Earth National Anthem, carefully modified to fit in-game.
There are other mods replacing the same asset with the same anthem, however I found none that had the *boom* I
was looking for while still sounding like something playing from an in-game propaganda device.

Why settle for a tiny Ipod with $15.99 speakers with all the noise surrounding you?
Go spread Democracy the way the founding fathers intended.
Blast The Anthem all over the megacity, make 500KG bombs sound like subsonic bullets hitting a tree, drown the otherwise audible agony of our oppressors with audio equipment worthy of the budget of the average Super Helldive.
... ok, alright, I'm being dramatic, the replacement sound file is not unreasonably loud - it simply feels more powerful than the original one, and it's only a bit louder.

To be specific, I edited the Anthem with Audacity as follows:

• clone the initial track;
• on the first track:
  • apply a high-pass filter (~ 1500hz);
    
  • apply some barely-noticeable reverb;
    
• on the second track:
  • apply a low-pass filter (200hz, perhaps 300hz but not any more);
    
  • adjust the volume so that it goes well with the first track;
    
• mix the two tracks;
• amplify the now-single track to a peak of 0dB;
• launch Helldivers 2™;
• delete all the squids with napalm (this step is important, if you skip it the anthem doesn't sound right).
  

Installation

With HD2ModManager:

• Download the mod
• Manage the mod for HD2 with the HD2 mod manager
  

Manually:

• Attempt to extract the WEIRDHEXNUMBER.patch_0 file in the "data" folder within your game's installation folder
  • The file's location should look like this: "C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Helldivers 2/data/babab001e.patch_0" (I'm not actually playing on Windows so the actual path may be slightly different)
    
• If the file already exists prior to installing this mod, change this mod's file's extension to ".patch_1" (or choose a number so that it's the highest one);
• Note that the other files are just metadata for the mod manager, thus you can avoid extracting them;
• I'm not too familiar with the way the game manages its assets, so I'm not sure removing the .patch_0 file actually uninstalls the mod.

This is a PSA directed to all S.E.A.F. Army infantry and the Helldivers Corps; if you are not an active member of one of those branches trooper, further reading of this announcement is strongly discouraged and knowledge of sensible information here reported is punishable by deployment on a Helldivers operation immediately before the Super Destroyer leaves the mission area.
(correction: following 7 incidents during the first Illuminate invasion of Super Earth involving LIFT-860 Hover Packs and [REDACTED] Cannons, all Helldivers are required to wear specialized soundproof helmets, making this PSA unnecessary to them)

The Second Galactic War has been going on for a while. Many colonies and cities have fallen, yet many have been liberated, not without the help of the Helldiver Corps - bravely landing within hostile regions, and paying Super Earth the respect it deserves while taking back control of our colonies' Freedom.

Originally the Ministry Of Defense designed the Super Earth Flag stratagem to bolster the Helldivers' morale, playing an instrumental version of the Super Earth Anthem so that our heroes could focus on defending against our assailants while Strohmann News drones focus on the prop war report.
A small part of the former, however, submitted requests to their shipmasters for the full, unredacted Anthem to be played by higher quality equipment.

Usually complaints regarding Super Earth ceremonial practices are forwarded to the onboard Democracy Officer, then to the Ministry Of Unity, warranting the re-education of the submitter; however, almost every the Democracy Officer was touched, moved by their pride and joy yearning for more ear-blasting and respect-paying democracy.

Effective immediately, all Super Earth Flag stratagems for all Helldiver deployments are to be augmented with military-grade subwoofers superwoofers. Should you encounter a team of Helldivers reconquering a hostile AO, keep a minimum distance of 75 SuperMeters from the flag; failure to do so may result in temporary or permanent loss of hearing, possibly severe organ damage due to extreme variations in barometric pressure, and loss of motion of your right arm from prolonged salutes (correction: that's an unavoidable reaction to the presence of a Helldiver, a lamentable but necessary one).
