To install extract the files and put the patch files into Helldivers 2\data or use the helldivers 2 mod manager
The mod does remove the scope and doesn't work well with other scopes besides holo sights so just keep that in mind

The MA37 Individual Combat Weapon System, formally known as the Individual Combat Weapon System, Caliber 7.62 mm, MA37, is a member of the MA5 series of assault rifles. Favored by the UNSC Army, it also saw service with the UNSC Marine Corps and UNSC Navy and was known as the MA5.
