The HD2ModManager 1.2+ is highly recommended and is a nice solution to running HD2 mods in the most simple way.
This mod is setup with a manifest that will allow you to pick and choose all the available options easily.
If you are still manually loading mods and have other mods installed you need to name them in sequential order in order to have them work at the same time
