Changes the Tesla tower sound to that from Red alert 1 and 2. It's not perfect however so expect some updates on this one when I have time.
Issues I've encountered are sometimes the charge up doesn't play/is delayed (not frequent though I think its how the tower actually functions over the mod not working) and the actual shock sound comes from the lightning impact and not the tower itself. Which I doubt I can change.
