Changes the color of the Scythe and Laser Guard Dog laser beams to red, green, white, purple, or light blue.

Changes the color of the Scythe and Laser Guard Dog laser beams to red, green, white, purple, or light blue. The guard dog and scythe share the same particle effect, so will be the same color.
Lasers now glow the matching color! Although the spot where the laser hits does not (I have not found where that effect is yet). Will update mod once I do.
