A personal mod I made.
I really like the C.O.D, but one thing that I was nitpicky of was the length. I hoped it could be longer, like the Foesmasher or something.
So, I made this mod to make it longer, and now you can too!
This is my first foray into cape modding, so this is moreso something of practice.
