Inspired by the several Sash Capes already out on the Nexus. This changes the Will of the People cape into a standard black sash cape for your Helldiver. Length optimized for use with *those* mods (Hey, I'm not gonna blame ya if you wanna see your diver's butt).

Description
This changes the Will of the People or Stars and Suffrage capes into a standard black (Foesmasher color) sash cape for your Helldiver. Length optimized for use with *those* mods. (Hey, I'm not gonna blame ya if you wanna see your diver's butt)
Texture edits of Will of the People and Stars and Suffrage capes to reduce it to a sash cape and turn it into a plain black cape.
(Originally planned to replace Foesmasher but it was too complicated looking for its ID in the archive so I opted for the next mostly black cape I had)
