Changes Eagle-1's voice lines to the Tal'darim Mothership from StarCraft 2.

Pretty straightforward audio replacement just to see if it would work. Sounds are a mix of response, attack, confirmation and ready lines from StarCraft 2 that I've tried to categorize appropriately, limited as they are, minus the jokey lines cus they're really long and would be even more repetitive.
Unfortunately, the game puts a radio filter over the voice lines, so it's a bit garbled. Figured I'd upload it anyway in case someone would enjoy it.
To install, put 7c221cf5b12213ac.patch_0 and 7c221cf5b12213ac.patch_0.stream into steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\data. To uninstall, delete them.
