A mod for all the MGSV fans in the Helldivers community.
This is a simple audio mod which i thought up that replaces the sounds when interacting with your PHS (Personal Hellpad System) - replacing the sounds for opening and closing the map and placing/removing markers on said map with the sounds for powering the idroid on and off, and placing and removing a marker with the idroid in MGSV, just to add more of a Metal Gear feel to the game.
I highly suggest checking out @Minii (https://www.nexusmods.com/helldivers2/users/27477520)'s mod that replaces the voice lines for Pelican-1 with Pequod's voicelines (https://www.nexusmods.com/helldivers2/mods/299), for the full MGSV-esque experience.
If it releases, this mod will also go great with the planned Snake (Big Boss/Solid) model replacement for the SC-34 'Infiltrator' armor mod expected to release in the near future thanks to Uskummel on the modding discord.

Legendary HD2 Modding Discord member @Crusader (jakub_squared) has made his very own venom snake SC-34 Infiltrator armor REPLACEMENT MOD!
Along with this mod and @Imscaredofwomen1 informed me theyve been working on a Venom Snake voiceover pack, and if i can get in touch with them, you could have a voiceover pack to go along with the idroid sounds, the pequod voicelines, AND the skin!
I will make modifications to this mod if I see fit, and I will check any feedback or suggestions regularly.
INSTALLATION:
Simply put '9ba626afa44a3aa3.patch_0' and '9ba626afa44a3aa3.patch_0.stream' into your (C/D/E):\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Helldivers 2\data folder.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE .PATCH FILES FOR THE '9ba626afa44a3aa3' AND '9ba626afa44a3aa3.stream' ARCHIVES THEN RENAME THEM BY NUMBER ACCORDINGLY (.patch_0-1-2-3-4....) OR IT WILL NOT WORK. AUDIO MODS IN GENERAL ALSO HAVE TENDENCIES TO BE JANKY IF USED EN MASSE!
Huge amount of my respect goes to 'Snake', 'Fox the Salamander', 'Crusader', 'Imscaredofwomen1' and 'Uskummel' in the modding discord's Snake mod thread on discord for pushing the modding community to bring all of us one step closer to a full Metal Gear-ination of HELLDIVERS 2.
