There exists in the game files some unused "boss music" which are variations of certain parts of the automaton theme that are intensified and even contain an evil choir to go with it. This mod replaces several of the existing sections of the automaton music with their boss variations so occasionally the boss music will kick in while fighting. Not every part of the music has a variant so there are times when no boss music will play, this isn't a bug, there just doesn't exist enough boss music to cover every part of the song and have it still work properly in game.
