These are Skins for the Mi24 in HGDEX. Just place them in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Helicopter Gunship DEX\Helicopter Gunship DEX_Data\StreamingAssets\Helicopter Skins\Mi-24D Hind ....or any of the other Mi24 models.
You can select them in game in the Loadout screen.
