opens up a more freeform USA experience allowing you to desegregate the country, create the War Powers Act, and join the Comintern all in one game.
- Permissions and credits
Unlocks both the "America First" and "Suspend the Persecution" focuses and their subsequent branches allowing you to take them with either the "Continue the New Deal" or "Reestablish the Gold Standard" Focus (but not both).
I also removed the civil war event from taking the focus "Full Desegregation", it is still possible to trigger the civil war by taking the "Union Representation Act".
both the Union Representation Act and Ally With the Silver Shirts have been made exclusive with the Neutrality Act and Limited Intervention while removing the inability to take these focuses with an advisor with the Fascist Demagogue or Communist Revolutionary trait. This allows the player to go down the Limited Intervention, Neutrality Act, War Powers Act, and Desegregate the Armed Forces branches simultaneously. The requirements for not completing Limited Intervention or Neutrality Act in order to have/keep Earl Browder and Charles Coughlin have been removed to achieve this.
