In the HOI4 timeline, most countries in the world are agricultural countries and do not have modern scientific research capabilities, while any country in the vanilla game can research atomic technology after the 1940s, which is obviously not historically accurate, so I made this mod. It also brings some challenge to the game, for example when you play as China.The European industrial countries are not affected as their research slots are defined separately. Instead of modifying the default define.lua, I made a standalone new file to define it. 在钢铁雄心4的时间线中，大部分国家是农业国，并不具备现代科研的能力，但原版游戏中任何国家却都能在1940年代后研究原子科技，这显然不符合历史，因此我制作了这个模组。游戏也更具有挑战性一些，比如游玩中国的时候。 欧洲工业国不受影响，因为它们的科研槽位是单独定义的。没有修改默认的define文件，我单独制作了一个新文件来定义它。
