Fixes South African flags as, aside from the actual union flag, they were all pretty bad.

Fixes South African flags as, aside from the actual union flag, they were all pretty bad.
The democratic flag stays the same, while the weird fascist one becomes the Vryheidsvlag, the ANC get their standard, and the communist party uses their real-life flag.
All I've done is replace a handful of TGAs - nothing that should really affect your game. Worst case scenario (which I have already had to fix - compression's a strange thing) is the flag just being blank.
