Night and Day
Night and Day - Reshade Presets includes two Reshade preset .ini files, one designed to be used in maps with day time, and one designed to be used in darker night time maps. It is advisable that the day preset is used when in the garage/main menu.
Install Reshade to the Hashiriya.exe choosing DX11 for the graphics api and download all effects
Download this mod and extract it's contents into the game installation folder, usually it is in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hashiriya Drifter , there should also be all the files from Reshade.
Launch the game and press "Home" to open the menu after Reshade has finished loading and choose the correct .ini file you want to use from the top left corner of the screen at the "Home" tab.
