The limit of stats has been raised from ninety-nine to two billion. Those stats being: Reputation, Strength, Intelligence, Agility, Age, and Height. The size of which you can make the body parts of the characters has been increased to two billion as well. Another thing to note is you can set stats to negative and the limit of that being negative two billion. To use the mod, you have to extract the modded Game.swf from the zip file, delete or replace the 'Game' file you see in your game folder for Hard Time 2D and replace it with this one.
