The original creator of this Mod was Seraphicy. He made the AI Sandbox mod. I don't take credit for any of his work, as said in the description as well. I only take credit for designing a map variant that suits his mod, the encounters I made, any modified shaders, tweaked AI properties, custom scripting, and use of music that normally plays in Campaign.

-Elites have melee animations for the support class weapons for rifle class weapons.
-Elites use two sword melee animations; the second one is rarely used in vanilla and now is more common.
-Brutes have a stronger melee and are more resistant to player melee, unless the player uses a sword, brute shot's melee, or gravity hammer.
-Elites have new ranks including: Stealth, Ultra, and Zealot. Spec Ops, Minor, and Major ranks are also in the game. Spec Ops doesn't appear in this map.
-Elites berserk with minor ranks (Minor, Major and Sealth) not pulling out weapons like swords.
-Elite Ultras, Zealots, and Spec Ops have differing chances of berserking with swords.
-Hunters have two variants: The classic blue variant, and one bronze CE variant, which uses a flak cannon instead of a particle cannon.
-Jackals have two shield colors: Bluish for Minor, and Orangish for Major.
-Jackal Snipers have more health and flinch less often.
-Grunt Ultras and Heavies have a higher chance of using melee than Minors and Majors.
-Grunts have a melee animation which is borrowed from their smash obstacle animation.
-The SOCOM Magnum has a faster fire rate and slightly less impact damage per bullet.
-The Silenced SMG has a higher range and does slightly more damage, albeit having larger spread the farther the range.
-The regular Magnum doesn't have a scope like vanilla but has a slightly faster fire rate and doesn't use Latch input anymore, allowing players to hold down the trigger to fire.
-Elite Zealots, a new rank, have different berserk properties than other ranks; they berserk on charge, meaning that if you get too close regardless of their shield strength, they will pull out an Energy Sword.
-The Plasma Grenade has a slighly higher arming time like CE and detonates once at rest or attached.
-The Frag Grenade also has a higher arming time and timer, and detonates only when at rest, rather than on first bounce or when the timer runs out.
-Some Elites encountered dual wield in combat.
-The Battle Rifle has a 3 round burst firing mode when unzoomed and single fire mode when zoomed.
-The Brute Plasma Rifle has been tweaked for damage and battery heat buildup.
-The SOCOM Automag's firerate has been increased but with slightly decreased damage.
-The Assault Rifle has a firing rate acceleration and faster projectiles that go as far as 80 WU.
-Assault Rifle bullets travel faster.
-The Magnum has an increased damage and accuracy with a faster firerate but no scope.
-The Mauler has increased bullet impact damage, and decreased spread.
-The Player has a grenade capacity for 4 grenades of each type.
-Energy sword does more melee damage.

Basically what this mod does is give the player a premade Multiplayer map on Sandbox, with custom AI Encounters, AI Behaviors, scripts, shaders, and a boss fight. The AI have been retweaked to be more aggressive, including Brutes and Elites, the latter of which dual wield in combat too. Brutes have their own shield flares, and so do Chieftains.
Brutes have a buff in health, recharging speed, and shield strength. Elites got animations for melee for the turret, and a proper rifle melee animation, as well as a restored sword melee animation that never played in vanilla Halo 3. Jackals have custom shaders for the Minor Shield and Major Shield colors, and no longer cover for so long after being surprised. Hunters have two variants: the standard blue Hunter with the particle cannon, and a bronze Hunter with a flak cannon. Elites have more ranks now. (Stealth, Ultra, Zealot) Minor, Major, and Spec Ops elites, which were part of the base mod, are also in this mod, slightly tweaked for strength and accuracy. Berserk properties have been modified for Brutes, Elites, and Hunters. Grunts now have a melee attack that they rarely use, although Heavies are the only rank that can regularly use it (it's their smash debris animation). Elites dual wield needlers and plasma rifles. Hunters have a higher chance of evading grenades and now have a chance of playing an evade animation now rather than a brace animation. The Battle Rifle has two fire rates: Single fire for when zoomed and 3 round burst for when unzoomed. The Brute Plasma Rifle has been tweaked for damage and battery heat buildup.
