About this mod
Replaces Master Chief and Arbiter with custom armor. Weapon adjustments and LASO adjustments are available as separate downloads.
I will not be updating this mod. I will be remaking this at a later date and will post a link here when I am finished. (Sep 18, 2021)

Master Chief will now wear a Recon helmet, Scout shoulders, and EOD chest. His armor is now Cyan and Blue.
Arbiter will now wear Ascetic helmet, Commando shoulders, and Flight chest. His armor is now Gray. (Co-Op)
Arbiter is random in every level because AI Arbiter hates being changed. (Solo)
Weapon adjustments are available as a separate download as well as LASO adjustments. Changes to weapons are as follows:
Assault Rifle: 45rps, 80 in the mag
Battle Rifle: 12rps, full auto, magnum ammo
Magnum: Automag stats, no fire rate cap, no dual wield
Shotgun: shoots 0.15s faster, 12 in the mag
SMG: 10rps, 60 in the mag, Silenced SMG, no dual wield, precision weapon
Rocket Launcher: 4 in the mag, 2 burst, dual wield in right hand
Carbine: 12rps, 3 burst, 2x and 4x zoom
Plasma Rifle: 40rps, 8 burst, no overheat, added fire rate cap
Plasma Pistol: 4 burst, 3 bursts to overheat
Needler: 25rps, 35 in the mag
Fuel Rod: 2 burst, 6 in the mag, dual wield in right hand
Energy Sword: dual wield in right hand
Spiker: 5 burst, 30rps, 75 in the mag
Brute Shot: 2rps, 2 burst, wastes current mag (if any) on reload
Mauler: 18rps, spike shard ammo, 18 in the mag [due to weird coding, the Mauler and Magnum seem to share RoF stats, so I was unable to make the Mauler full-auto without also affecting the Magnum. Maulers are not seen often and therefore has almost no effect on the game]
Vehicles are changed to:
Warthog: Chaingun shoots at 25rps (up from 15)
Missile Pod: volley of 20 missiles while mounted
Mounted Gun: shoots at 20rps
Mounted Plasma Gun: Shoots at 20rps
