   Would it be possible to swap chief for the Arbiter and get rid of the drones?

      I could get rid of the drones but then there would be no drones and how do you fight a drone and human alliance without drones? As for swapping out the chief for Arbiter, well as far as I know there is no way to inject tags in Halo 2A MCC PC. I did try making him just an elite major but the jumping and grenade throwing was quite finicky.
