CURRENTLY BROKEN DUE TO HALO 3 UPDATE - THIS MOD WILL BE PLAYABLE AGAIN WHEN A PATCH / CONVERSION TOOL BECOMES AVAILABLE. v1.1 - Overhauls the AI spawns on The Great Journey: adds an allied Spectre convoy, more Brute ghosts, more Elite Infantry, allied Banshees against the Brutes, better allies against Tartarus, Beam Rifle Miranda and much more!

It's finally here, the last Arbiter mission has now received the Evolved treatment with more Elite allies, better allied weapons, more enemies, more diverse encounters and more. The mission begins by giving the player a choice of manning a Wraith or a Spectre to escort a small convoy of Elite vehicles. In your path are many Brute-controlled Ghosts and Wraiths, but the Elites have several Banshees in the area that can fend off enemies and draw the fire of any nearby Phantoms.

Inside the facility you will be aided by more Elite allies alongside the Hunters, and there are more enemies to fight - including more Jackals - on the road ahead. The Brute prison now has more inmates and guards, leading to a devastating battle when the prisoners are freed. Also, there is now a lot more chaos on the way to the control room, as allied Banshees and Wraiths will assist you against the enemy Banshees, Spectres and Wraiths guarding Tartarus. 

Lastly, the boss battle itself - the player is now aided by far more allies including Elite Warlords, Marines and a Beam Rifle-equipped Miranda (who can swap weapons with you if you need one yourself). Tartarus is not as tough on Legendary as his shields have been slightly reduced and there are no more pesky Brutes appearing at the last minute out of nowhere to help him. It's just you and a legion of Elite and Human allies against the sponge king himself - who will emerge victorious?

- Major Domo and Minor Domo ranks have been added like in Uprising Evolved
- More Marines are imprisoned by Brutes on the Scarab platform
- Final allied Wraith no longer attacks the Scarab

- Added 2 more Spectres filled with Elites at the start of the mission, making a convoy
- Added 2 more Elites to the Spectre that the player / Rtas are encouraged to ride
- Added more enemy Ghosts to the opening section
- Added allied Banshees to the opening section that will distract the enemy Phantom
- Added several more allies to accompany the player and the Hunters through the cliffside facility
- Added more Brutes to some encounters and increased the number of Jackals
- Added more Elite prisoners to the prison and increased the number of guards
- Added allied Banshees and Ghosts to the Scarab section
- Added enemy Ghosts to the Scarab section
- Added more enemy Banshees to the Scarab section
- Added a larger variety of allies in the battle against Tartarus and replaced enemy spawns with allies
- Added allied Marines to the Tartarus boss battle and equipped Miranda with a swappable Beam Rifle
- Decreased Tartarus's shield strength on Legendary and decreased his physical health

Installation Instructions


- Installing this mod is simple. Navigate to the root folder for Halo: The Master Chief Collection - usually in Program Files > Steam > steamapps > common, and go to the folder called 'halo 2'
- From there, open the folder called h2_maps_win64_dx11 - this contains all of the map files for Halo 2
- Next, BACK UP THESE FILES if you haven't already, just in case
- Then simply move the deltacontrol.map file that is this mod to replace the one in the maps file, and play Halo: MCC with Anti-Cheat disabled
- Now boot up the mission The Great Journey on the difficulty of your choice, using whichever Skull modifiers you like.
