This is a complete port of Halo Reach's Troopers and Civilians into Halo 3. With adjustments made to both models and animations for better compatibility with Halo 3.

Included is 5 bipeds.
-trooper: has all variants from Reach included with correct colouring. (As a bonus, Sargent Johnson's CE Anniversary face is also included)
-female_trooper: has had their variants overhauled to be on parody with the male counter part (this also includes female_odst's)
-civilian_male: has all variants from Reach included with correct colouring. Both civilian and militia.
-civilian_female: has all variants from Reach included with correct colouring.
-trooper_crew: a modified crew model from CE Anniversary using the civilian_male's head and hands models.

The biggest part of this mod is the animations. Original animations from Reach were ported and adjusted individually to work within Halo 3's animation system. Some animations that aren't needed for Halo 3 weren't ported over, like the revenant animations. But the Reach troopers in this mod can do everything the original Halo 3 marines can do, with ported or custom animations made to cover any gaps in Reach's animation graph.

Notable things:
-custom emotion animations were created as Reach didn't have any
-custom overlay animations were made for the female_trooper to fix some major clipping issues like in Reach
-unarmed animations have been moved around, so combat, patrol, and panic all have their own unarmed animations
-turning animations are completely custom as Reach's are painfully slow and don't work well in Halo 3
-The alert mode is included but AI in Halo 3 doesn't use it. It can still be applied through scripts with "unit_set_animation_mode"
-The antenna on the radio pack is attached to a custom scenery object that's applied to the model through variants. Applying it to the biped itself has it appear even when the radio pack isn't present
-custom collision and physics models have also been created
-This should all work fine in Halo3:ODST as well. The only issue I've noticed is that some of the voices in the character tags have been changed or removed in ODST.
