To install:
All audio is provided as raw .wav files. You need experience in Osoyoos (see c20 wiki) in order to convert these into .sound files for any Halo game.
Technically this can also be used for literally any game as its all raw files. Use this for your Fallout 4 ambience mod ur making idc.
Do NOT drag and drop these and attempt to use them directly, As I said, you NEED to use Osoyoos/tool in roder to make the files usable for Halo.
All Halo audio is stored under fmod fsb files. By using Osoyoos, the plugin adds the audio to the fsb cache and creates a .sound tag. The sound tag POINTS the game to the appropriate entry in the fsb cache. It's slightly different for Halo CE/2, I can't help you there.

Issues:
artillery_gunfire_detail can crash sapien. something to do with xaudio buffers, check your debug file. No idea how to fix, use at own risk.
banshee_flybys doesnt like to compile in osoyoos, not sure how to fix.
