Not included are custom strings.
Installation:
Drop the downloaded "tags" folder into your H2EK directory
The weapon is found in "tags\halo3\objects\weapons\pistol\excavator"
The item collection is found in the stock Halo 2 folder "tags\multiplayer\single_weapons\excavator"
The sounds are located in "tags\sound\weapons\excavator"
The FP animations are located in their respective characters folders "tags\objects\characters\dervish\fp" or tags\objects\characters\masterchief\fp"
