About this mod

It's Halo 2, but not as we know it!
Adds an eccentric, unnecessary and possibly annoying amount of new enemy and ally types, new weapons and new vehicles to campaign maps.
Larger encounters with more AI on either side, and new weapons in every mission are the core of this mod.

Permissions and credits
Adds more types of enemies, allies, weapons and vehicles to campaign levels. The roster will change with every map!
This mod is a showcase of just how much you can change using the mod tools and nothing else.
As such, there are no new models or sounds - rather, new weapons will be using new effects remixed from the vanilla stock.

What to expect?
  • Fight alongside fellow Spartans and Arbiters!
  • In some levels, fight humans!
  • You won't know what your weapon does until you fire it!
  • Dual wield weapons that were never meant for dual wielding!
  • Do you like lasers? We have some lasers.
  • Some weapons use the unused "secondary fire mode" function! Maybe you'll fire a grenade from your machine gun!?
  • It's sometimes harder, sometimes easier than vanilla.
  • You'll need to change tactics every mission, as the selection of weapons is different every time!

How to use this mod?
Replace the vanilla maps with the mod's maps in your "halo 2/h2_maps_win64_dx11" directory. You may want to back up your original maps first. The tutorial level has not been replaced.
After that, run MCC with EAC disabled and play the missions as you normally would.
To uninstall, remove the modified maps and restore the vanilla ones. If you've deleted the original files, you can download them from Steam by verifying MCC's cache.
