.) place the "forklift_active" folder in your vehicle tags.
.) I also included a hud strings folder, which you place in your data folder.
This is no where near perfect. There's a lot I'd like to do to this, but don't have the know how.
I'd love to try and figure out how to make the arms move, also for the forklift wheels to spin, also adjust the hand positions and overall seating position.
