Changes Arbiter or Chief only playlist in Halo 2 from Normal difficulty to Heroic.

This is a very simple mod that changes the playlist option in Halo 2. If you're like me, you generally don't play Halo in difficulties like normal or easy. And if you're like me, you find it annoying that Halo 2's Master Chief campaign playlist, and Arbiter campaign playlist are only set for a normal difficulty with no way to adjust them. So I opened the .xml and changed the playlist setting for those two to Heroic.
Simply download my mod, extract the missionplaylistdb.xml file, and drop it into your games directory, typically: steam/steamapps/common/Halo The Master Chief Collection/data/careerdb
You can either overwrite (I don't make any other changes to any playlist but these specific 2) or make a back up of the original missionplaylistdb.xml and plop mine into the folder.
