This tool allows for a variety of customisation options all condensed into a simple UI. All you need to do to launch it is run the application while MCC is running with EAC off.
It also has added features not present in the base game such as 3rd person view, enhanced loadout customisation and the ability to loop through armour pieces and colours.
Works in Reach, 2A and 4.
Warning:
Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
This tool gives you the power to Halo 4 with overpowered loadouts such as target designators starts and the ability to go headless for headshot immunity.
So have Fun making your mates mad :P
