UPDATED TO FULL RELEASE:
WHAT THE MOD IS:
The .hack//Roots OST is sprinkled in throughout all of the games and replaces quite a few of the tracks that seemed forgettable, silly or generic. This is NOT a full replacer so don't worry about losing the original soundtrack in its entirety.
To give you an idea of how much of the music has been altered:
Cutscenes, town hubs, fields and menus are affected by this mod
HOW TO INSTALL:
Extract the .rar and drop both 'bgm' files into "...hackGU\cmn\data\data\sound\PC"
OTHER MODS FOR .HACK GU:
Difficulty Tweaker adds Hard & Very Hard Mode - https://www.nexusmods.com/hacklastrecode/mods/9
- Now Roots tracks will loop multiple times instead of simply fading to silence (I had to increase the file size to do this).
- 6 additional tracks are replaced.
