First of all you need to know how to enable mods for this game. Download the mod enabler HERE from Illusory. Folllow the instructions.
1. Download UnrealModUnlockerBasic from https://illusory.dev/ or dl link "here"
2. Launch UnrealModUnlockerBasic Setup 0.34.1.exe and navigate to your Hacker_Simulatorr's Win64 Folder
Should be something similar to this: steamapps\common\Hacker Simulator\Hacker_Simulator\Binaries\Win64
3. Click on Patch and then OK on the popups. Exit out of the application once done.
4. Open up the .zip/.rar file of the mod and take any content based folders and put it inside your content folder located in your Hacker_Simulator.
My steam is on c drive so it looks like this: C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Hacker Simulator\Hacker_Simulator\Content
