Finally it is possible to play this game on 60 FPS.

First of all, I am not the creator of this patch, all credits here to Ivan 9990 on PC Gaming Wiki.
All I'm doing here is providing an already modified Gun.exe so you don't have to edit it by yourself.
There are some known issues, like the explosives having a much larger blast radius at 60 FPS, more details about that and the process to edit Gun.exe by yourself here.
To install just drag the downloaded Gun.exe to your game directory and replace.
That's all!
