From Liberty City to Vice City, and through the heart of the American Midwest and West Coast, Project Eagle stitches together the entire United States into one massive GTA world.
🔷 What is Project Eagle?
Project Eagle is a lore-rich, fully explorable total conversion mod for GTA: San Andreas, designed to merge Rockstar's most iconic cities — Liberty City, Vice City, Los Santos, and more — into a single, seamless USA map. Developed as the official continuation of the abandoned S&S Mod, Project Eagle brings not only canonical locations, but 10+ new original cities inspired by real U.S. locations, all fully integrated with modern features.

Each vehicle has its own custom handling line, and many are directly inspired by 3D Era designs from GTA III, VC, SA, and more.

Custom pedestrians crafted specifically for the new original cities

2DFX lighting replicates the original effects from III, VC, and VCS

Please note that there is no final "todo list" for this mod. While we do have a structured development roadmap, we don’t consider any feature truly "finished" — there’s always room for refinement, expansion, and polish. Many of the features listed are still works in progress, and we’re constantly revisiting systems to push them further.
