The modification is completely similar to the mobile versions of Android and iOS.
First enable developer mode, Windows 11(Settings,System,Developer).
Follow the installation order, it is important.
1. Install Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Package.
2. Install the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Personal Information Exchange file(Current User and Local Computer) twice.
3. Install the Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Security Certificate(Current User and Local Computer) twice.
4. Install Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Installer.
Play!
Controls:
keyboard and mouse,
gamepad or touch control as on smartphones (if your laptop has a touch screen),
there is a code to display the keys on the screen - KRRIHBT.
