- Mission 1 "The Stolen ProtoType Jet" S.X.49 Must Eliminate a terrorist threat and retrieve a stolen ProtoType Jet From Them.
- Mission 2 "Country Terror Attack" S.X.49 Is Sent To Eliminate A Group Of Terrorists That Have Taken Over A Small Country Town.
- Mission 3 "Experiment Gone Wrong" A Human Experiment goes wrong in
area 69, The test subject aka "NEMESIS" goes wild and tries to escape,
S.X.49 must try to stop it from escaping
- Mission 4 "T-Virus Outbreak" There has been a outbreak in a small town
thanks to the test subject that escaped area 69, S.X.49 must kill
nemesis and prevent the outbreak from spreading further.
- Mission 5 "Alien Troubles" Terrorists have learned of the location of a
alien being kept at a facility, s.x.49 must save the alien life form
- Full Access To Area 69 after completing the intro
- Unlock a Hidden Cut-Scene to find after completing mission 4
- Unlock weapons at area 69 after completing certain missions
- new Save point at area 69
