A dock. For Smugglers. Located in Paleto Cove. Weapons. Drugs. Money. Your organization can use this facility to bring it in and send it out. Good luck.
NOTE: Installation requires OpenIV available at: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv and these instructions
assume you know how to use the tool.
DLC installation:
Copy the max_smugglers_dock folder into:
/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/
Add the following line to dlclist.xml:
<Item>dlcpacks:/max_smugglers_dock/</Item>
