Changes many signs, billboards and surfaces into popular anime styled custom
textures. Obviously this is not canon to the GTA series, and for anime
fans and otaku GTA Fans.I've created a few custom store fronts for
the mod.


Known Issues;

There is several alignment issues and lod issues which will be fixed as I find and update, plus adding in several other re-textured areas
around Santa Monica. Several images overlap and hopefully I'll find a
fix for them soon.
