Mods removes most of water from Los Santos so you can explore what hides under lakes and ocean. 

To install that you need to download newest OpenIV (2.6) http://openiv.com/WebIV/guest.php?get=1 and put that water.xml to GTA V/common.rpf/data/levels/gta5
