TLAD & TBOGT uses the aiming animation from the console version of GTA IV for whatever reason. This replaces it with the one used in the base game.

Automatic install with FusionFix overloader. Download and install from https://github.com/ThirteenAG/GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix and drag TLAD & TBOGT Micro SMG Fix.img into your update folder.

Or manually install with OpenIV by moving [email protected] from Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\pc\anim\anim.img to the same file located in TLAD & TBOGT folders.
