Improved accuracy closer to that of GTA 5, with perfect weapon sounds change.

What does this mod do?
-Changes the values of accuracy so that Niko is more skilled than he vanilla version. This is most noticeable with auto aim and toggling enemies.
*Accuracy values not changed for Sniper, shotgun, and minigun.
-Changes the sounds of every weapon to match that of Battlefield 3

Weapon Accuracy and sound overhaul Installation:
*You will need Open IV, which can be downloaded here - https://www.nexusmods.com/gta4/mods/4
If this is your first time, simply locate your game location in the app.
For Weapon accuracy increase, copy to the following in OpenIV:
Click Edit Option and drag file the following
common - data
For Weapon sound change, copy to the following in OpenIV:
Click Edit Option and drag file the following
pc - audio - sfx
