    Hello! I uploaded the most recent version of OpenIV available. I apologize for not maintaining this for so long as my focus has been on, well, life. I appreciate everyone in the comments who helped guide others to more recent iterations of OpenIV and once again apologize for not updating this until now.

    If anyone's looking for an updated version of OpenIV, I found one Here. I would recommend downloading the offline setup as the original website is still down.

      Windows Defender didn't detect anything for me but the original website is back you can get it from there https://openiv.org

      it was in 2014 the creator is apparently from ukraine and at some point the mod stopped working and the creator being from ukraine cant fix it for obvious reasons

    If you're going to maintain this, you should at least have the latest version available or a link to where they can get it.

      Looking through the changelog on openiv.com shows that version 4.0 includes support for complete edition.

    For those of you who want an explanation, go to the description and go to the link provided, it gives a very detailed description with videos as well as a direct download of the mod application (exe.). It's a bit complicated (in my opinion), but I like it.
