Hello my first experience of this all, so I need to say this mod I make for myself. Little giude: 1.You need a OpenIV. 2.Open OpenIV and go to pc/data/game.rpf/data. And put this file in it. Yea you need go to EDIT mode. Body's can fly away from car it's a bug I will try to fix that in next updates. Enjoy. ;) 3.If you install 1.4 THE FINAL you don't need any program just drop file in /pc/data
