Installation:
Run OpenIV (or SparkIV)
Open vehicles.img located in \pc\models\cdimages
Enable Edit mode
Drag & drop hakumai2.wft & hakumai2.wtd if you want to add it (in this case you'll have to add it to carcols.dat, vehicles.ide, cargrp.dat and handling.dat), or rename the model & texture to any car's name to replace it
Disable Edit mode
You're all set!

NB: adding stuff to GTA IV 1.0.4.0 and 1.0.7.0, namely to .ide files like default.ide for weapons and vehicles.ide for cars, is highly unstable: you may experience glitches associated with pickups (armor, medkits, pigeons, etc). For example when I added new custom lines to default.ide and vehicles.ide, my armor pickup model was replaced to Packie's bomb model, medkits were replaced to some strange bottles and those pickups didn't work. I could pick them up as usual but it gave no effect. Some people reported medkits being replaced to strange oversized clocks and all kinds of crazy stuff, so you better find some car you don't like and replace it to the beater hakumai, just to make sure your game will work fine after you've done it.
