I love Viva New York, the non-flashing lights version. The "Flashing Lights" version of the mod uses times square advertisements from far beyond 2008, the year that GTA IV takes place. So the original version is something I heavily prefer. However, it was rather sloppily done, many files were missing and many LODs do not match up with their appropriate textures. I took it upon myself to fix this, so that I can have a 2008 themed times square, but also proper LODs.
You need to have the early non-"Flashing Lights" version of Viva New York ALREADY INSTALLED on your copy of GTA IV in order for this mod to work. It overwrites existing files in the mod and is NOT A STANDALONE.
