This mod aims to improve the texture quality of all GTA IV protagonists and get to see Niko, Johnny, and Luis at a definition not like before.
All of the textures were AI upscaled and later tweaked by hand for that "extra" bit of detail.
Clothes, hands, attachments, face, and hair textures are all improved.
