Aims to load add-on files outside of game folder, which is update/dlc/common/
Description:
This Loader allows you to load another gta.dat from different folder i.e. Grand Theft Auto IV/update/dlc/common/gta.dat
Rest is upto you how you load stuff into the game using this Loader.

Remember "IV Tweaker and Modloader" and this "Mod Loader" is different from each other. Both does different things.
I call this DLC Loader because i made it to load gta.dat from update/dlc folder and this can only load addon files not replace.
If you want to add as well as replace files but not want to touch original files then go for IV Tweaker and Modloader.
There are some example lines and files already there you can start editing them and enjoy modding.

Usage:
Just Drag Drop the files.Start Modding the files in gta.dat, handling.dat, carcols.dat..... and so on. 

Files included:
animgrp.dat,
carcols.dat,
handling.dat,
default.ide,
peds.ide,
vehicles.ide,
pedpersonality.dat,
pedvariations.dat,
vehoff.csv,
weaponinfo.xml,
gta.dat and images.txt
and DLCLoader.asi in plugins folder. (This file is responsible for Loading Files)
Use images.txt to create new img archives in respective folders.
Also don't paste and run the game. It will likely to crash. make sure you make the images and ide/xml/dat/csv load.

If you wish not to use then it's upto you. But this mod fully depends on Fastman Limit Adjuster and xlive.dll with load ASI plugins so don't be stupid to delete it and then spam my dm that you cant load the shit)
